Salmon with Sweet Chili Sauce and Panko Topping

1 whole side of a salmon fillet (about 2 pounds)
1 cup of sweet chili sauce
1/4 cup plain panko crumbs
2 tbs. black sesame seeds
Place side of salmon on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Pour the sweet chili sauce over the salmon.  Sprinkle on the panko crumbs, followed by the sesame seeds. Bake for 25 minutes at 350º, uncovered.
NOTE: Sweet chili sauce, which is used in many Thai dishes, can be found in aisle #1
